Émancipation bordélique attempts to invent new anti-patriarchal and decolonial symbolism through their organically styled linocuprints, which sometimes combine with texts mixing human sciences and poetry to speak of a situated reality as a feminist and mixed-race queer person. It’s a therapeutic-political process, both individual and collective: a merry mess. Because we need new symbols to reinvent ourselves, to create a world where we feel good.
