Parapegma is a collaborative and independent project combining the creative force of three artist friends: Joachim, culinary design student at the Beaux-Arts; Matteo, fashion and costume designer and Pauline, graphic designer. This project was born from the desire to create a photographic series that captures the essence of each month through the use of shapes, colours and materials, and that reinserts the calendar object into a cyclical vision of time. The story told by Parapegma is that of a time that is close to the seasonality, the cycles of nature and the human experience of time passing. This object is therefore conceived as a collection of fantastic and natural fables that are told through the worlds of dramatic and colourful characters frozen in the ephemeral moments of a seasonality in peril.
